All items are sold as is. Our products are primarily pre-owned or vintage watches. We provide accurate descriptions and high-quality images to help you assess each item’s condition. Don Watches Inc. is not affiliated with any watch brands unless explicitly stated.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchase. Manufacturer warranties may no longer apply.

2. Final Sale Policy​

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind

• Sizing or fit issues

• Subjective expectations of condition

• Buyer’s remorse

Please carefully review all photos and descriptions prior to completing your order.

3. Refunds for Shipping Damage​

​

We offer insured shipping worldwide. If your item arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, we will issue a refund after the insurance claim has been approved.

To be eligible:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• Submit clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

• Retain all original packaging.

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

4. Wrong Size? We Offer Options​

If the watch does not fit (e.g. the bracelet is too small), we do not offer refunds, but we can help you with alternative solutions:

• Provide a resale link to help you list the item for a small fee, or

• Restock the item through Don Watches Inc. for a restocking fee
